Shipping and Handling Policies

Orders received after 3:00pm PST will be processed the following business day.
Orders are shipped within 24 hours after order is received.
Orders may be shipped via either FED EX, or USPS.
Express Orders are shipped the same day if received by 3:00pm Pacific Time.
Shipping and handling are non-refundable unless there has been a manufacturer's error.
Express Delivery applies to in-stock items only.
Once order is placed, no additional changes can be made and the order cannot be cancelled.
Shipping & Handling charges are based on merchandise total.

*For shipments to Alaska & Hawaii, an additional shipping charge or $10.00 for Standard Delivery or $25.00 for Express Delivery will be added to the Shipping & Handling rates above.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Review orders upon receipt - Discrepancies must be reported within 3 days of receipt.. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 15 days of delivery. After 15 days a 15% restocking fee will be charged. No returns on books, plays or imprinted items. The Return/Exchange policy is on the reverse side of your invoice. Please follow all instructions carefully. If not available click here to download a copy of the Returns and Exchange Policy (Adobe Acrobat Reader needed.) Complete and enclose the form with your return or exchange package and ship via insured mail or UPS.

INTERNATIONAL/APO/FPO ORDERS
All orders shipped outside the continental United States will be shipped via an Express Delivery Service to insure delivery. These orders are subject to additional shipping & handling charges. Duties & value added taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Email CustomerService@rhymeuniversity.com with item(s), quantity(ies), exact ship to address, and when the product is required and an International Sales Representative will respond with estimated charges.
